Does Paxum share information OECD ? Safe to use ?

Hello I would like to know if paxum shares information to authorities ?
Also is it safe to use these days ?
Back in the days they declared themselfs as ewallet ... Now I cant find it anymore.
Also they are regulated by "Paxum Inc. is regulated by FINTRAC as a Money Service Business"
Their KYC also got improved and harder.
I have read they are not forced to send information to auhorities because they are no bank but I cant get a 100% answer on this.
Would love if someone can bring a light into this.

You may ask them directly for getting a clear answer.

They may not be forced‌ to report anything right now, as you see the world is changing quicly then they‍ will be forced in the near future, you have to expect this at least.
