Does it possible to get EMI debit card for different person name?

I don't want to give my real info to EMIs and do not trust them ever
So i'd like to enter different(fake) person name from different country into their debit card form fields
But i should get the debit card into my own address, would that be a problem?

Depending on jurisdiction but generally. no problem... if you do not mind postal inspectors deliver fake person's mail to you personally.

what that means
i dont think card name would be seen by anybody unless they open the postal mail, isnt it?

so this way won't work , right?
that means there is no way to get debit card anonymously and use it anonymously

there is no mailbox and these kind of things are usually require an id card to show and write the id number for postal service employee's checklist to receive the envelope
i understand this way is impossible
