Does anyone know the cost to incorporate in Delaware?

You'll probably be spending around $150-250 for the incorporation and then $300 + your agent's fees + extras, per year. Incorporation will most likely take from 1 to 7 days.

If you want extras, you'll have to pay more. Extras as in a virtual office, mail forwarding, etc.

You can do it for not much more than $100 with some cheapo provider and much more if you need more premium services.

Second that, most of the providers don't charge very much for this service. You need to find an accounting firm which costs you need to add for the operation of the company - typically 500 to 1000$ extra for a 12 months period.

If you do a Google search on the forum for the same you will find valid providers and comments / reviews

be aware that if you're not US citizen and need EIN (for bank/emi or taxes/employees), it's going to take ~2 months (usually a few days, but now covid...).
Also consider that if you need apostilled documents for whatever reason, doc forward, lease agreement, it's going to jump up the price quite a lot.
