Does a Panama company has a better reputation then a Seychelles or Belize corp.?

Do you know if a Panama company has a better reputation than a Seychelles or Belize corp? Just wondering because one of my friends told me better would be to incorporate in Panama rather than Seychelles or Belize? He failed to explain to me why 🙁 ??

Yes, Panamanian companies are much more reputable than Seychelles and Belize because they are not‌ IBCs, and the names of the directors are on public record.

Panama also has effective‍ legislation against money laundering, whereas Seychelles is a major money laundering hub for illegal activities⁠ in Africa.

Are there any chances of fraud from a‍ Panama Law firm?

By Panamanian law,‍ all names of all directors of all Panamanian companies are on public records. There are⁠ no exceptions.

Yes there is but is it very common with Panama Law firms in this situation?‌ Where can one check the historical reputation of a Panama Law firm? Links?
