This means money earned on Dividends received from other onshore companies and from stock trading is free of tax (tax exempted) correct?

Yes correct, there is not tax to be paid on such activity.

I might have to disagree a little bit with you on this one. Just like Admin said, some profits like capital gains doesn't have a tax that needs to be paid off.
