I'm considering to establish a company in Europe to trade regular over the Internet. What is the cheapest company to pay less tax?

In order of typical cost to set up: UK (20% - 24% tax), Cyprus (10% tax), Malta (0 - 35% tax), and Ireland (12.5% tax). The stated corporate tax rates are just indicative. In UK and - especially - Malta it varies a lot depending on revenue or ownership structure.

So Cyprus is stil lthe cheapest according to your number! that's ok 🙂 thank you very much for your help.

I forgot to mention Gibraltar and Estonia, but yes, Cyprus is - from what I know and have seen - the second cheapest country in Europe to incorporate.

What makes Cyprus the second cheapest? If registered non resident the tax rate is 0% so what can be cheaper?

As mentioned, I was referring to the cost of setting up a company. You can get a UK company for around 60 GBP.
