Do I need a bank account?

Hi all,


I have a question. Say I have a company registered in Seychelles. Is it necessary to have a bank account at the name of the company? Currently I live in UK.


Is it possible to do all the business in the name of the company and receive checks and money transfers to my personal bank account? I understand the problem with the taxation but, right now, the amounts are very small and won't attract any attention.

i think there is no problem in that but later on when you will start earning a huge amount then you have to modify all your credential once again so its better to follow a procedure and do all the thing in advance and in a proper way so that later on you don't have to regret.
