Wonder if I have to pay tax if I live in an EU country but don't have my company there, it is located in the USA?

Of course you have to pay tax from worldwide income. You may read the forum‌ a little more, this type of question has been posted a lot of times here‍ already.

Yes, until you create an economical substance for your company in the USA,⁠ you will be taxed at home.

But by introducing substance in‍ the US you are then liable for US tax.

Easiest solution is move to a⁠ more tax friendly country.
