Well he should get in touch better sooner than later. It wont be hard to get his real name and german passport number in case of a fraud ♂️Just one needs to go to the police, provide phone numbers, bank account number, dls license….
What has it to do being an OG: you pay for a service, you dont get the service. Option A: be happy you lost money by a scam. Option B) you go to the police. Guess you are Fred It is a fact and stupid assumption to think you can get away with it, UAE will have your name etc from banking, Du account, DLS registration. So just saying, cost me nothing to go to the police ♂️ no OG magic needed or you just contact the people you owe service / money and find︀ a solution.

just joined OTC and the first you do is posting s**t about him! that's not something anyone can relay on.
So what would you do in case you paid 4keur for renewal, visa and id, wrote him since a month, called him and never get an answer? Send another 4k? I am running out of time and now have the fun to do all the admin work I paid him for. Great that you are such a nice supporter, but there are some rules and one is to fulfill a contract.

Maybe they could shed some light on the Fred/DLS situation or potentially provide some contact information?
I renewed with Fred several weeks ago︀ but once the payment was made and they confirmed they’d received funds, I didn’t hear︁ back from them.
The only correspondence I got back was from IFZA and was automated︂ to confirm the renewal etc.
I then spoke with IFZA directly who’s pro delivered the︃ renewed documents to me here in Dubai (eg trade licence, lease agreement etc)
My frustration︄ is based on Fred agreeing to carry out the emirates ID and visa renewal process︅ with his pro Mohammed if we renewed with him/DLS. Since we renewed, I can longer︆ get in touch and as such I’ll be handling this either on my own or︇ with IFZA directly at my own cost.
My telegram shows Fred last online 19/09 and︈ WhatsApp no longer shows messages as being read.

Same here. I fixed the company part but now busy with Emirates ID, Smart Salem for Health certificate, Visa Certificate with IFZA. I paid for the services already and this doubles the cost plus is fraud if he does not reconnect and refund. I will finish all the steps on my own (guess not rocket science), but if he is not responding anymore, of course I will go to Dubai & German police offices (also not rocket science). I only wrote here as I am pretty sure that he reads the post. Do i want beef with him: no. Will i get scammed without consequences:︀ probably not.

I also asked︃ IFZA. Their answer is a good instruction but you have to do it all on︄ your own:

It requires to have signature in both English and Arabic sections (total of 4 signatures) – Please check the information within this document very carefully before signing.

I’m a bit curious about the answer, but do you really think the police in Dubai would do something about this? I have no knowledge of the state of the police in Dubai, but I do know that if you tried the same in any EU country,︀ nothing would happen here. The case would be dropped after a few months.
You will get listed in the UAE border control system and next time you enter UAE, there will be a surprise. Will they try to get your money back? Nope. Will they track someone down when abroad? Nope. Will they share his personal information with you? Probably if you can prove that you got scammed (easy with DLS issueing invoices and prove of payment). Rest is on you, if you want to go to the german police next.
It appears that Fred is trying to use his contacts/former employees at IFZA to push his ex clients back to DLS instead of dealing directly with them which is completely ridiculous
