DLS and Fred MIA

Sadly I've not heard from Fred/DLS since the renewal a few weeks ago.
Thankfully they did renew the licence with IFZA as agreed.
Looks like I'll have to sort the visa renewal myself as I'm not getting any reply on WhatsApp, telegram or email from Dina or Fred

What does Fred gain from behaving this way, other than completely ruining the little reputation he has left? It's incomprehensible.
From such behavior, I can only conclude that he has no intention of returning to OCT and is now just trying to make quick money from the users who still dare to ask him to do work that he will never complete.

I agree completely, it's not a particularly hard task and IFZA also offer a PRO service. However, the price quoted to me by DLS included the emirates ID and visa renewal process.
Until @Fred comes back here and for everyone reading this thread, stay away from his service since don't know if it is Fred or some random guy making a quick $

again, taking this with a pinch of salt from m4s - as this is an big issue with DLS - not heard from them since 16th october - so 4 weeks! - and been trying to get into contact ever since they ran away. follow ups not being answered - their phone number is not being answered - utter bs
again as I said BEFORE - unless someone can confirm in PERSON where this elusive DLS is holding out - or where dina fred is - its a no go area - go to ifza directly. Does anyone know how they look like in real life?
come on this is 2024 - good old spam excuse?!?! Seems the only emails that make it are the ones upto the time you pay - uae runs on whatsapp - where the heck are they - the phone number on their own website does not work - go and check it out

I have seen Fred in 'real' life. I'm pretty sure he even mentioned on the forum where he used to live and it wasn't difficult to see him around. If you know, you know.

But for all those struggling with visa/Emirates ID renewals, it seems scary but it's a very easy process. I made a post here:

I ended up doing it myself. It's quite easy and straightforward. This is the process for IFZA:
1. Get the medical test. I did it at Smart Salem DIFC because it's fast, convenient and they also have Amer center right there. But you can also get the medical somewhere cheaper.
2. Do Emirates ID renewal applications at Amer or any other typing centers. I read somewhere that you need to have your medical results before doing this step, it's not true. You can do it simultaneously. You do need a picture and they seem to prefer a digital version that you will email or Whatsapp to the guy at the...

Many of you who have done the renewal - do you know if you need to submit a financial statement? if yes, can you create it yourself or do you need to hire someone, what will it cost?

Even if Fred comes back again I would never do business with someone who behaves this way. Total disrespect to all of his clients and shows a lack of character. All of business is built on trust and that has been lost here already
