Dividends Already Taxed in Netherlands (Double Tax Question for USA)

Hi

Perhaps some of the smart people here can help me. I am receiving dividends from a company in Netherlands, they already withheld the 15% tax on it before sending it to me in the USA. Do I need to pay tax again in the USA?
