Any suggestions for offshore bank accounts or EMIs with IBAN for dividend payments?

Yep. Looking for an EMI or a bank account that can be opened remotely in a friendly jurisdiction which will allow payments from business to personal account. Thanks. SO any jurisdiction is fine as long as business to personal account payments are allowed.
