Dissolving Delaware INC

Hello, do I need to dissolve Delaware INC Company, or can I just not fill tax returns and the company would dissolve automatically? I am non US citizen.

The state i have no idea but i guess they will suspend the company⁠ so it wont be in Active status

But IRS will fine you 25,000 $
