I do have a nominee and shareholder.
Never had an bank account.
I am being quoted close to $2000 dollars to disssolve it.
Basically my agent gave me this and another way more expensive option as my only alternatives.
Would it not be an better option to simply do an administrative dissolution by not paying the renewal fee? And is this not something the agent should have been transparent about?
