A Belize offshore company has been my favorite for a long longtime I won't switch to any other jurisdiction until I have found something better.
 
If I understand it all right then there is no tax to be paid for an Belize offshore company as long as you don't do business in Belize, correct?
 
I'm ordered a Belize offshore company formation today. It seems to be very easy after all and compared to the Seychelles. Excited to get my documents and to get started.
 
Belize company formation looks for me and my online business to be a great option. Do you think it's better than Seychelles or Cyprus or Hong kong?

Well not sure where you have been tha last years of you are just new to this forum. Belize is one of the best countries for offshore company formation and have been used for this single purpose for ages!

You are going to your primary object, to do business and make some money that can pay your bills and keep the tax man away 😉

You can stay anonymous with a Belize company just make sure you appoint nominees and they are real!

Unfortuantly I already got started with my Belize company formation when I read about the Seychelles holding company with Cyprus company for trading in this guys post!
It's interesting reading and it seems to me if you have the budget to get it all done it's worth to get established before you start doing real money!
 
Happy owner of an Belize offshore company with Nominee Director and Nominee Shareholder everything is just great. Checked my documents and a PoA was also to be found in the package I got by e-mail.

Nice! How was your experience regarding opening an account in Belize? Is it easy or not?
 
I can only comment for my own experience and I have been satisfied with the Belize company I got for a few years ago. First I did not understand how everything was working and since I got it cheap with banking I thought I would give it a try also because it was easy to get out of it again.
 
Belize company incorporation can work for any kind of business so for a online business or if you are just into something offline. However, I have made a drawing of my "concern" of offshore corps with agreements in place between each entity for each operation, royalties, copyrights and to transfer dividend through this structure. Once I finished all offshore corps I will have 8 corps in 8 different offshore jurisdiction with only 4 agents!
 
Belize has been a great place for me and my business. The incorporation of my Business in Belize has been a success so I have nothing bad to say about it other than if you are a small business and need something fast I would recommend this type of company.
 
What bank do you open the account with, is this a Belize bank?

A corporate bank account in Belize will need to have at least $50k balance. I need somewhere with less balance.
 
You may look into some Cyprus bank account
