Delaware vs Cyprus offshore?

I thinking use one if this two company setup for sell app at apple store and google store.

I not sure what option i should go for?

Both have accounting and auditing and both have online bank opening.

Statutory obligation in Cyprus are the following:
A) Submission of Tax Return to‌ the tax authorities. The numbers in the Tax return should be audited by a registered‍ auditor in Cyprus.
B) Submission of HE32 (Annual Return) Department of the Registrar of Companies⁠ and Official Receiver (D.R.C.O.R.) of the Republic of Cyprus. HE32 shoudl be signed by the⁤ company's director or secretary.
C) A Cyprus Company should has at least 1 director, 1⁣ secretary and a Cypriot register office.

As a result of (A) the following services are⁢ necessary:
1) Accounting services
2) Audit services

As a result of (B) and (C) the︀ following services are necessary:
1) Domestication services

Thank you Michalis for bring up things you need for run a Cyprus offshore company,‌ not always agents like to show this on the first page when they sell Cyprus‍ incoporation service.

I think Accounting and Audit service is the same price for a Delaware⁠ or a Cyprus company, but that is only what i thinking i not sure about⁤ it but maybe someone can confirm?

What about tax, what of this companys setup have⁣ advantages when it comes to taxes? and every year renewal price? goverment fees and other⁢ things?

It is like auric told i need a compare list with all prices for︀ run business like this, then i would know what company setup that would bee number︁ 1 for sell apps at google and apple store.

If someone have prices for compare︂ i would happy i know all agents have different prices but use some normal price︃ level maybe would work to compare and compare taxes and all other things.

Have you looked at Wyoming LLC? People look at Delaware but Wyoming is usually must‌ easier than Delaware.

Wyoming has no state required reporting, it has less stigma in the US with banks,‌ and the state doesn't register shareholders. It's the offshore of the US.

There's no registrar for a Delaware company? No public information on shareholders etc??? I may‌ have misinterpreted.
