Hello,

I'm looking at Delaware LLC tax filing requirements, and for a foreign-owned LLC, with no US income, do I need to file any tax return papers?

Or just pay the $300 fee and be done with it?

Thanks in advance!

I would also like to know how this works for New Mexico as well, since I'm planing on opening up another LLC for a different business.

1)Form 5472 + 1120 (All Need to fill up)
2)FBAR (If you have non USA‌ bank account )
3)1040-NR (If you have USA income)

https://globalisationguide.org/us-llc-non-resident/
Or better to hire some‍ tax expert on Upwork

or
use LegalZoom | Start a Business, Protect Your Family: LLC Wills Trademark Incorporate & More Online | LegalZoom
type service for your company requirement ....Yes⁤ It costs money ....But IMHO It is worth it.
Penalty are huge in sum of⁣ 25k ......better to play safe side

Thank you, everyone, for your answers, I will give both links a good read to‌ get up to speed on the situation.

Again, many many thanks!

Hello, I am also owning a US LCC in Delaware since september 2024 as a single member and I don't reside in the US and I am not American.⁤
I heard in our case, we can pay ourselves with distribution in order to be⁣ tax exempted.
Have you been able to manage to do that?
I am also asking⁢ my registered agent but so far no clear answer.
