I'm trying to understand if it's convenient or not for me to open a Delaware LLCs, found also a service to establish one and it seems quite easy that part. I've also found a solution on my local side, I don't live in the US and I will not be liable for taxes on income earned abroad where I live.

I know that every year for Delaware companies you need to present a series of forms and declarations, even if you don't live in the US. Since making mistakes in one of them alone can cost $25,000 or more in fines I'm thinking to just pay a local CPA in Delaware to take care of these.
If you own a company in Delaware: do you pay a CPA for the annual declarations? Or do you do it alone? If you are paying someone where did you find a trustworthy accountant?

Sometimes the company that formed your LLC will do these forms for you for a‌ few hundred dollars. Saying that they're pretty simple.

Get an agent who will do it for you for︄ a fee. Some offer it for single member non us owned llc.

I would get a CPA to handle this. Some will quote thousands of dollars for‌ this service. It shouldn't cost more than $500 max.
