Hello,

I'm a shareholder of various Swiss companies (AG, so anonymous) and in one of these we are having profits that we want to distribute.
I would like to use part of these profits to make a capital increase in another Swiss company.

Since I'm a Swiss resident, I thought that the best way to minimize the taxation, at corporate level and on the dividends, it would be to setup a Delaware LLC as holding.
If I understand correctly, the dividends will not be taxed and, also, as I'm not a US-resident I should not be taxed in the US.

Is it right? Or there are better alternatives?

Thank you for your advice

Not an expert on Swiss tax regulations but being a Swiss resident and having a Swiss AG I think that most probably you'll have problems with your tax office.

Maybe for a new company it could work
