Wondering if it is possible to register a Off shore company for Debt Collection Business? I need a offshore jurisdiction where it doesn't requires a license please.

There are many offshore jurisdictions where this is possible. Cyprus is such a offshore jurisdiction‌ so the Seychelles.

What if I collect a Debt and the debitor pays in the money to my‌ offshore account and I pay my client, isn't that considered handling 3rd party funds?
