Debit Card Payment Gateway for IPTV

I am looking for a way to accept debit/credit card payments for a high risk business (IPTV). I dont want to pour time and effort into quick solutions that will get closed down like Stripe & PayPal. PayPal might work for awhile but I would rather use that as a last resort.

- I have no problem paying tax (of course preferably in low tax regions)
- I dont have any company or bank account yet (need advice for best setup before i go ahead)
- Income around 10-20K eur/month so far
- Region of most customers is Scandinavia.

I have found some websites charging customers for IPTV services via debit card. I dont know if im able to/allowed to post links to what banks/websites they are using.
I have also come accross scam websites that lets you pay with a card and then the funds are gone but they sell other stuff like shoes. I can link to those webites too to show how the gateways look like.

Maybe russian processors will work? What country and bank would be the best to use for this? Stealth/fake websites is possible to set up pretending to sell IT support.

I can pay for a package if offer is good and from reputable source.

Many thanks!

Hey just saw your message. I have seen the post you made around a year ago regarding the way you managed to acquire a merchant account with some payment processors. Any other tips/info you can share?

Thanks!

The website using a card gateway today is www.toucaniptv.com. If you try to purchase any of their packages you can choose “pay with card”. You will then recieve a payment link to your email.

Im wondering if their solution will eventually get closed down or it will stick. Ive posted images of how it looks like below.

they will get closed down as soon as someone make a chargeback, believe me, this type of business requires a lot of merchant accounts which are ultra rare to find.

You are into a business where you have to live with the fear that your account get shut down any day!!

What they do is, they fake their business towards the payment processor, they ask for a merchant account with a Virtual Terminal they can use (that is the link they send) so the payment processor will never see what they are charging for.

BUT
If someone is going to make a chargeback, the account will be shut down and the merchant will be banned.

If you read between the lines of what I wrote, then you know what to do now, and you know, there is a lot of work for you to do in order to get this work.

Yes i understand. Ive read your post about the merchant accounts you tried with your kitchen appliance website. Im going the same route and will try it for as long as possible.

Do you think there is a better alternative for me/us like PayPal? Many IPTV websites are using PP but have not been closed down. Maybe they are switching accounts? I dont believe all of them do though as ive been paying to the same company/account for a very long time once if tried/bought IPTV myself

There sure must exist some merchants who know what you're dealing with or maybe Hongkong merchants who dont give af?

they buy bulk Paypal stealth accounts, switching them is easy.

You will also see some very secret payment processors that are able to mix your transactions with legit TRX's , however, to find such processors is difficult now a days. There has been too much fraud on both sides of the table.
