Dealer License in Seychelles

I am considering pursuing a dealer license in Seychelles to establish a cryptocurrency exchange. The sort of crypto-assets traded on the exchange may be considered securities (under American laws for example). I would love to chat with anyone who has experience obtaining such license.

Have you asked some of the big CSP's in the Seychelles if they are able‌ to help and what costs you are looking at? I could imagine we speak 100K‍ USD minimum?

There is a Security Dealers License in the Seychelles. Not sure if Crypto is covered‌ as well. Estonia offers a License for this.

My research indicates that there is a Dealer License in Seychelles. However, I'm not certain‌ that my company needs it. Does anyone have experience with running a crypto exchange with‍ a CSL license? @clemens I haven't asked any CSP yet. I'm asking here first. If⁠ you have experience with some of them, I'd appreciate if you could recomend one that⁤ is likely to be responsive. I would appreciate any advice from those who is currently⁣ running an exchange.
