There are sellers around but as you may know this isn't something you advertise any longer. In the past, there was lot's of sellers around here, they even had advertising threads, all gone.
Now you need to know who to contact, you need to read some of the larger threads where you also see users who pointed at other users that can help with the same.
Finally there are onion sites, also discussed a lot in the anonymity forum here in the mentor group.
To give you a lead, @Spinat and @AMD are some sellers, there are more.

With the current High standards with verification outfits such as Onfido etc, the longevity of darks is at an all time Low.
Major EMIs generally place such darks docs on a manual review phase prior to onboarding, an approx of 10days after which they discard the entire verification steps and request a reverification.
currently thus far most reputable EMIs are maintaining a highlevel of KYC procedures and standards...Currently Darks only go so far. rea#44!

Rightly said, a few places still work with Darks, though very limited at the moment..
moreso user of darks must be an advanced level user...the probablity here emerges when cash transactions are incoming or outgoing, most times further documentation might be unexpectedly requested by compliance dept.

time where it was cheap and easy to get good fake darks is over.. you may know the largest provider of such got busted!
yeah only 2 years back you could buy fake darks for 25$ but secouneye got busted by the FBI!

Do you want a total anonymous company with bank account? Get a step by step guide on how to do that here, it only requires mentor group gold.
I guess you refer to the MRZ. Any decent photoshop guy can do this, or you can make it yourself, the algo is pretty basic. There are many other security features that are way more difficult to replicate.
