🇫🇷❌🚩🏴❗️ — FRANCE ON HIGH ALERT: Nationwide protests are set to erupt again tomorrow, Saturday, October 24, following last weekend’s violent unrest.

▶️Yellow Vests, student movements, labour unions, antifascist collectives, communists, socialists and anticapitalist organisations are mobilising across France.

▶️The first major demonstration begins at 10:30 AM in Orléans, where antifascist groups, La France Insoumise, the French Communist Party, Socialist Party and NPA will protest alongside unions near the National Rally congress.

▶️In Paris, demonstrations are planned around Bastille from noon, with an authorised CGT-led march toward Nation beginning at 2 PM. Marseille, Bordeaux and Toulouse also have afternoon mobilisations involving CGT, FSU, Solidaires and student groups.

▶️France is preparing a massive security operation involving 70,000 police officers and gendarmes, while authorities impose protest restrictions, protect government buildings and reinforce major transport hubs.​
