🇮🇱🇸🇦❌🇾🇪 — A diplomatic source told Haaretz on Monday that Netanyahu is pushing through US mediators for Saudi permission to strike Houthi targets in Yemen. The goal is for Israel to join forces with Saudi Arabia in the decade-old conflict and deepen the relationship toward a future normalization deal.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has been reluctant, reportedly believing Israeli intervention would play poorly with the Saudi public.

He also serves as prime minister, so without his approval Israel is unlikely to get in.

🇫🇷⚠️ Not a single French flag in sight at the mass “student” protests in France.

Critics are asking what Palestinian, Syrian and Algerian flags have to do with calls for a “better education system,” as demonstrations spread across French cities and into Belgium.

Some are describing the scenes as an “Islamic Spring” on the streets of Western Europe.

An October 10 Fox News investigation uncovered a London-based coalition coordinating worldwide anti-Israel demonstrations, identifying 179 participating organizations and 322 planned events across three days.

The Global Alliance for Palestine distributed prewritten slogans, protest materials in 7 languages and coordinated strategies for disrupting city centers, surrounding government buildings, blocking businesses and organizing campus and workplace walkouts.

The network includes prominent figures such as Jeremy Corbyn and Yanis Varoufakis, alongside CodePink, which has received $1.33 million from Shanghai-based financier Neville Roy Singham. His nonprofit funding network faces congressional scrutiny over Chinese Communist Party influence.

The documents reveal an organized international campaign aimed at shaping public opinion and pressuring governments to impose sanctions and arms embargoes on Israel.

🇷🇼🏁🏎🔴 — Rwanda to bring F1 back to Africa for first time since 1993, Reuters reports

➡️ Africa will return to the Formula One calendar for the first time this century with Rwanda agreeing a 10-year deal to host a grand prix from the early 2030s, the sport announced on Tuesday.

📆 Formula One last raced on the ‌continent in 1993 at South Africa's Kyalami circuit to the north of Johannesburg and has long sought a way back.

"Today is a landmark moment for Formula One," said Chief Executive Stefano Domenicali at a press conference in the capital Kigali with Rwandan President Paul Kagame and International Automobile Federation (FIA) head Mohammed Ben Sulayem.
"With Rwanda joining the calendar from the next decade, our sport will race in every inhabited continent, bringing the world championship closer than ever to fans around the globe.
"Africa has always been part of Formula One's future, and from the beginning we were determined to return in the right way, with the right partner, a long-term commitment and a clear vision for creating meaningful impact."

📞 Kagame announced his landlocked East African country's bid two years ago, with plans for a purpose-built Grade One track near a new international airport under construction at Bugesera some 40km (25 miles) south of Kigali.

🏎 The circuit is expected to be completed early in the next decade.
