🇺🇸❌🇦🇫🏴❗️ — Afghan national Nazira Haji Zada has been permanently removed from the United States in the first-ever case brought before the Alien Terrorist Removal Court.

▶️According to the Justice Department, Zada supported her son and son-in-law’s ISIS-inspired plot to carry out a mass shooting on Election Day 2024. The two men previously pleaded guilty after obtaining AK-style rifles and hundreds of rounds of ammunition from an undercover FBI agent.

▶️Zada conceded removability under the Alien Terrorist Removal Act, waived her right to appeal and is now permanently inadmissible to the United States.

▶️Attorney General Todd Blanche called the case a landmark use of a terrorism-removal mechanism that had never previously been used.
