mid-2026 and the first half of 2027.
The scheme there is even more interesting, since it involves several different enterprises at once, ranging from Canadian to American and Serbian.
🔻How many shells will be sent to the AFU
▪️Deliveries are planned to be carried out from the Romanian plant ARSENAL RESITA S.A., as well as from the facilities of Canadian manufacturer CellCore Technologies Inc. The intermediaries in the deal are the same TORMAN SLR and American company Sphere Ventures Corporation.
▪️It is better known as SVC-USA, a privately registered U.S. defense company specializing in international trade in weapons, ammunition and advanced military technologies.
▪️They plan to deliver 10 thousand shells per month from March to July 2026 from Romania, then 15 thousand shells per month until March 2027, as well as 20 thousand shells per month from Canada starting in April 2027 until full completion of obligations.
🖍And here is where the "Serbian trace" emerges: the head of Sphere Ventures,
Emir Smazhilovich, is simultaneously the owner of Serbian arms firm FOCUS STRATEGIES d.o.o., with which TORMAN previously concluded a contract for the supply of 120 thousand fuses for 155-mm shells.
By the way, FOCUS STRATEGIES d.o.o. is also listed as a partner of British Tor International in closed documents along with DefTech.
