🗳 🇧🇷 📈 The most useful visualization is this one here, from Electomaps (inspired by the NYTimes). Showing the difference in the vote compared to 2022 for president. The size of the arrow is the size of the variation, the color is which way it went. Data is still quite incomplete, of course, but it's worth following:

🇺🇸🇮🇱 — An American tourist was arrested near the IDF's Kirya military headquarters in Tel Aviv after his behavior aroused suspicion among security forces.

The suspect had reportedly photographed the site and expressed an intention to carry out an attack.

🇮🇱🇮🇱🤝🇧🇷 — Israeli Prime-Minister Benjamin Netanyahu congratulates Senator Flavio Bolsonaro on the victory in the Brazilian Elections' 1st Round:
Congratulations Flavio Bolsonaro on yesterday’s vote and good luck in the final. I look forward to restoring the extraordinary friendship between Israel and Brazil. Best wishes for your great victory, my friend.

🇾🇪🇾🇪❌🇾🇪 — Visegrad24: The Houthis have lost the Bab al-Mandeb Strait.

An alliance made up of the Southern Armed Forces (UAE-supported) and the National Shield Forces (Saudi-supported) alongside units from the Tihamah Resistance and Al-Subaihi tribes launched a major attack this morning and took back Dhubab and Bab al-Mandab from the Houthis.

The flag of South Arabia now flies over the Bab al-Mandeb Strait.

🇩🇪🕊🇧🇾 — German MP Sven Hornau, from the "Union of Sarah Wagenknecht" party, has announced a visit by an inter-party delegation to Belarus.

➡️ In November, he is organizing a delegation of 30-40 people. Most of them, he says, are non-partisan, but the participants will also include representatives of the SSW, "Alternative for Germany," and even the "Greens". The largest group, from Frankfurt (Oder), will travel to Vitebsk from November 6th to 11th, while the other participants plan to visit Minsk and other cities.

➡️ The formal purpose of the trip is to "resume city partnerships" and restore "normal contacts between peoples."

➡️ In the spring, Hornau already helped organize a visit by members and supporters of the SSW to the Russian embassy in Berlin, and he plans a similar trip to Russia in April 2027.

🇷🇺🇱🇻🇱🇹 Russia's court officially recognizes 'Baltic nationalists' as Nazi collaborators during WW2 and accuses them of war crimes and crimes against civilians.

Considering that the war happened 85 years ago, the decision might look pointless. However, now most symbols associated with modern Latvia and Lithuania can be viewed as 'Nazi' by Russia and people ever spotted having any connection to them can be prosecuted and given real prison sentences.
