The IDF has identified 170 arabs killed during the Gaza war who were publicly described as journalists or media workers but who also served as military operatives in terrorist organizations, primarily Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

The findings are based on extensive intelligence research and evidence recovered during operations in Gaza, including internal organizational documents, photographs and other records detailing affiliations and military roles. Some of those identified also participated in the Hamas-led Oct. 7, 2023 massacre on Israel.

The IDF released a full list of 170 names and photographs, together with information on their organizational affiliations and roles. It has also launched a dedicated website where the evidence will be compiled and updated as additional material is cleared for publication.

The disclosure is intended to challenge the false international claims that Israel systematically targets journalists during the war as these cases clearly demonstrate that individuals counted internationally as journalists simultaneously hold roles in terrorist groups.

🇪🇹❌🇪🇹 — Amhara Media claims that over 22 ENDF soldiers and Oromo militia auxiliaries were killed by Amhara-led Fano forces in Fiche Town, North Shewa Zone, Oromia Region, Ethiopia

According to FANO claims:
On September 28th, Fano units under the Ras Abebe Aregay Division (AFNM-AC Atse Amde-Tsion Corps) conducted a late-night operation targeting regime joint forces stationed in Fiche Town.

The targeted forces reportedly included units under the 605th Corps (6th ENDF Command) alongside Oromia Special Forces (OSF), Gada Commando (GC), police, and militia personnel.

During the engagement, over 22 regime forces were reportedly killed, while an unconfirmed number of others sustained injuries.

Fano forces also captured numerous firearms, ammunition, and other military equipment during the operation.
