I understand the trust laws but more like I need to know if the trust will stand against tax auhtority requests and the applied TIEA's and DTA's?

After lots of discussion forth and back with Admin and their company we decided to go for a Seychelles trust which in our case offers the most privacy.

We are looking into some similar structure since it seems to be the perfect way to get the privacy we seek.

would you please let me know what is the practice in cyprus in regard to the family foundations ? I couldn't find a law in this regard. What law is used to register family foundation? Is it regulated?Basic requirements? How much it will cost me ?
