Should I open a Cyprus bank account or offshore? what's better for a small business? I'm doing only 30k euro / year not much but enough for me.

Well, it depends very much on what you try to archive, for most a Cyprus bank account will do it prefectly while for others it's better with a real offshore bank account for instant in Mauritius or St. Vincent.
