Cyprus onshore company what is required?

Hi,


This may seem like a double post but it is for the general interest to make it easier for anyone to make some decission while they are in the process to register a Cyprus company!


So what is required/mandatory services?


I ordered the following:

• Company formation
  
• Registered office address
  
• Company Secretary
  
• Seychelles company to be nominee Director + Shareholder
  
• POA
  
• Bank account in Cyprus

I have virtual office for my company with package and postal mail forwarding to any address I like :thumbsUp:


I learned that the share capital don't need to be paid-up but this part was very confusioning since I wasn't totally sure if it was a hidden expense :embarassed:

Well, the only mandatory items in your list are the registered office address and company‌ secretary, if you are the director for the company you don't need a PoA otherwise‍ you will need it if you want to sign for instant contracts on behalf of⁠ the company!

If we take an nominee director how can we be sure that he will not‌ access the companies bank account and vanish?

Only you will have access to the account, actually the codes etc. will be send‌ to you directly from the bank so the nominees won't have access to the account.‍
