Cyprus formation - is it good for doing business in Europe?

I'm all new to all this but had a chat with the forum owners.


They recommend a Cyprus company formation for my business needs because I'm an online business! Now I was wondering if that's the only valid option for me or if there are other countries to form offshore company that fits my business needs?

A Cyprus company can be used for doing business in Europe is has it's advantage‌ in Europe because it can be registered for VAT and at the same time has‍ the lowest possible corporate tax in Europe. Further it can be anonymous and in certain⁠ constalations one can avoid to pay tax when taking out the money.

Have been doing business mostly in Europe where my Cyprus company has been of great‌ help to pull up the doors to different business markets. My BVI company was questioned‍ by by many so I dropped it and just use my Cyp. company now.

For all who are looking tino doing business in Europe a Cyprus company may be‌ good to start with. Cyprus is part of the European Union and for that reason‍ a company duly incorporated in Cyprus can't be refused to do business with.

Cyprus is a great country along Malta and UK to do business in Europe, even‌ though you start out doing business they are helping you much in growing your business‍ strong. You don't have to pay tax or only a fraction of what you usually⁠ had to pay and there is not tons of paperwork to be done. They are⁤ doing it streamlined easy for you to get started and maintain the company.
