How much does it cost to incorporate a LTD in Cyprus, can I do it on my own and who's the best provider?

This company would be tax resident in Cyprus but it won't actually receive any money, it will basically be dormant for 1-2 years.

I don't need nominees or a bank account, only a virtual office.

there are lots of providers around on Google. I have published a trusted lust in‌ the mentor group. Anyway, you should not pay more than 1500 euro for a regular‍ CYP company with the services you listed there.

Thank you, I'll mentor group access soon. I assume the €1500 is formation only, how‌ much do you think it would cost to maintain such company per year?

It depends very much on the activity of the company in the future. if it‌ is just dormant you should not pay much more than 1000 euro per year. Again‍ it all depends on the agent you find and how things are maintained.
