Cyprus Darks + EMI basics

Hello,

I have been offered a very attractive package by one of the members here consisting of a Cyprus company with darks and a Paypal account and I have been reading on this helpful forum for the last couple of weeks.
I have some questions here concerning some of the basics:

1. If I use this company to invoice another company of mine for $10000 I will have to pay the Cyprus company tax of 12,5% ($1250) and the remaining balance of $8750 can be cashed out using the Paypal card, is this correct or will I
get away with not paying any taxes?

2. How do I get a hold of the Paypal card (or other EMI card) without having to register my name or address with them?

3. What are the minimal expenses to keep this structure active on a yearly basis, presuming there would be a about one outgoing invoice per month?

You can get away with not paying taxes if you setup the company non resident.

Use the agents address to receive the card if that is really required.

Calculate with aprox 2 - 3,000 euro per year including everything.

Ah yes I think I understand, so I would have a non-resident Cyprus company using a dark with an agent provided address to register the company and EMI accounts and I presume I could have the agent send the card to a mail forwarding service like Clevvermail to further obscure the final destination?

Yes that's the way to do it and how it works perfectly fine for most of all of us using darks 😉

that will work. I get my mail forward from the CYP agent to a German P.O. Box from where I pick up the mail once every 6 month. I don't live in Germany it's just a nighbour country 😉

Hi,

Would you mind sharing who the provider of the Cyprus company with darks provider is and what your experience was?

I am looking to setup a Cyprus company with darks plus bank account.
