Cyprus company with Seychelles holding, tell me how to do that?

I read many thread about Seychelles holding with Cyprus trading company, but I don't know how you guys do that.


I read you have to open Seychelles holding first and then register Cyprus company, will you do that or have I to do that or will it involve a lawyer to do that?
