I have been looking into Forex & Stock trading for personal purpose, is this kind of activity OK with a Cyprus company?

No need for any license for this purpose, only if you take 3rd party funds‌ you will need a license.

What is the relation between your company and your stock broking account? Is it affiliated‌ with company?

Yes I think it is good for personal use. Banking on Offshore countries is a‌ very efficient way on saving up money since you are paying lesser tax values.
