I decided to incorporate in Cyprus, but not sure who's reliable for company formation and accounting/audit services?

I'm looking for reliable but not KPMG pricing level, so something fairly priced. It's clean business, nothing shady.

Yes, that's been discussed many times‌ and from what I read, the offshorecorpgroup.com is probably the best way to go?

For company setup, I know of people that have used:

Pelekanos

For accounting / auditing‌ though, they use Deloitte. You can probably find a local accountant for cheaper than them‍ though.
