Cyprus company for Trading and offshore company for transfer pricing?

Can it be done to trade from a Cyprus company who buy all products from the offshore company so that it ends up with the offshore company to have the money but at the same time avoid any Transfer pricing regulatives?

Will be difficult... you need a whole chain of corporate vehicles to avoid the transfer‌ pricing problem.

So you think I can open more than 1 company to avoid Trnasfer Pricing? How‌ exactly should that be done?
