Cyprus company for online shop where to start?

I read all over this forum that Cyprus may be the best for my online business :w: I need to know how fast can I get the company registered in Cyprus?


Do you have any ready-made companies available and will I have to pay VAT?

The average time frame is 2 - 3 weeks⁤ for the company to be incorporated and company certificate issued.

Please elaborate on what you mean︀ by "will I have to pay VAT" ?

Seems I found the answer to my main worries here. A company in Cyprus seems‌ to be the most attractive to online business if marketing and target market is Europe‍ right?

Yes you are almost right... I would not say or let it sound like, that‌ it is the only place in Europe, but if the tax percentage matters it is‍ the right jurisidiction to incorporate a company.
