Need fast Cyprus company for my new online venture??? Can someone tell me what the fastest is to register a Cyprus company and where to go?


Will it be better to go for a Ready-Made Cyprus company I read it somewhere?

If you can accept the company's name, and structure i.e. nominees, authorized share capital etc. then it will be much faster to buy a shelf company / dormant since you will received the corporate documents for the company as soon as payment has been received and you can start doing business with the company almost right away.

Why does it take up to 3 weeks to incorporate a Cyprus company? They must have an interest to get new business to the island or don't they?
