Cyprus company + Cyprus bank account how and where?

I want the Cyprus company and the Cyprus bank account. I don't want to pay corporate tax if I can avoid it. Can you some tell me how I can do this fast and uncomplicated?

What is the price for a complete setup and what company can help me to setup the company in Cyprus?

You can register the company non resident so you‍ won't have to pay any tax!

You may setup a company non-resident as @negon already said. You want to take into‌ consideration that you can't make use of any double tax treaty if you do so‍ but with the right setup you were able to avoid to pay corporate tax. Don't⁠ be confused, you still have to pay personal income tax from the money that hit⁤ your account.

personal tax apply! I have been working‌ with non resident cyprus companies for a long time and din't faced issues yet. I‍ pay my local tax and let my accountant take care of the filing of the⁠ tax report, as said, never heard a single word.

if you keep the money in the company's bank account you should be⁣ fine, but I would not rest assured on that, consult a local tax advisor and⁢ get proper advise there.

Are offshorecorpgroup 100 %⁠ legit? Do i have to visit the bank in Cyprus?

I saw that they were⁤ offering both Corporate + bank account + Paypal in a package-deal. This is basically all⁣ that i need, and the price is acceptable for me. I just don't want to⁢ get scammed.

If they were a scam they wouldn't be allowed to advertise here, make sure you‌ don't play any funny games with them and you will be good.

We had some‍ people here before that called them a scam, where it went out that they either⁠ sold child P**N, had provided them with fake passports or otherwise tried to play games,⁤ that's why they had problems to get anything done!

Personally, had no issues with them⁣ at all!

It is as safe as in any other place where you open an account without‌ to live in that country. I have had accounts there since 2003 and didn't had‍ issues with them so far.
