Cyprus company better than Seychelles for ecom biz?

Is a Cyprus company better for e-com biz than a Offshore Seychelles company?


I have a Seychelles comp. now but considering a Cyprus company because I cant find payment processor to support the Seychelles company... I mean real payment processor not MB,PP or Alertpay...
