For e-commerce or Internet businesses that want to sell their products and services online and need a Merchant Account in Europe we highly recommend to incorporate in Cyprus because they have the lowest tax in the entire European Union (Only 10% corporate tax) if your business is for lont term then the tax rate matters otherwise get you a cheap UK company for £1 !
My primary goals are privacy next to tax savings! I read that there are options for Seychelles companies and credit card processing so I will have to investigate that a little to see what options I have for my online shop.
If above went out negative, there is Cyprus as you already mentioned, but what are the other alternatives if it need to be offshore?
