Trading stocks for personal use in a Cyprus company is completly legal no issues at‌ all.

Are there any restrictions on any kind of investment property, bonds, currencies ?

No restrictions s long as it is private investments taking money from other to invest‌ in such like is prohabitted.

Of course only private investments will be orginated from the Cyprus company.

Thank you.

Thats great once I have incorporate the BVI company we will move forward with the‌ Cyprus company, thank you all for the great help you have been.

Which Cyprus bank offer international stock exchange for private purpose only?

Laiki Marfin is the only one who I actually know that offer a platform for‌ Greek and Cyprus stocks.

Marfin Laiki Bank - eTrading

Others you can use are Online‍ Stock Trading | Trade Stocks Worldwide with Saxo Bank and Online Stock Trading | Trade Stocks Worldwide with Saxo Bank

Actually I don't know of a bank who offer any trading platform for international stocks,‌ most are using other companies platform for trading stocks and forex.

There are banks in Denmark, Sweden and Norway that are offering such platforms if you‌ open a bank with them. SEB is such a bank... I was pointed to them‍ by a good friend I must say, it works amazingly good.

I hear Latvia banks can provide a platform for stock trading as well, but I‌ can't find a bank who offer this service :S -confused: anyone knows of one?

As long as we speak private investment in Stocks, Bonds, Currencies etc. there is absoslute‌ no problem trading such in Cyprus with a company established in Cyprus!
