Cyprus banking is it safe?

All new to all this. Is Cyprus so safe as I read it is? How does it protect my privacy?

Cyprus still maintain the banking secrecy if you have a non EU entity to open‌ the account you will be pretty safe.

It seems indeed Cyprus banks are save to open an account with. Bank of Cyprus‌ is possible to open a bank account right?

They require‍ a bankers reference letter, but if it is possible for you to get such than⁠ you can open a bank account with Bank of Cyprus, no issue at all.
