Cyprus bank account what is required?

One place I read I need lot's of documents while other places I read only a passport and utility bill is required😱mg: can you please clarify what is required?

The basic requirements are:

• Copy of VALID passport or other government issued photo ID
  
  
• Utility bill not older than 3 months or a credit card / bank statement in English,‌ if not in English, a public translation is required.
  
  
• For some banks it is also‍ required with a Banker's or Lawyer's reference letter.
