CyberGhostVPN and their customer support is a total disaster!

They claim I got a new user ID but at the same time they can't tell me what the old was. When they refer to the old and the new it is exact the same. Hopeless to ask them what the different is, we simply just ran in circles.
I don't know if they are on coke or simply bored in the customer support at CyberghostVPN but simple question stay unanswered.
