I have been using Currenxie (Hong Kong) for almost 4 years. The onboarding process was a nuisance and took 3 weeks, but once I was approved I can say it really works great.
Note that they do not accept individuals, only corporations. Also note that they do not accept US corporations but Canada, rest of Americas, Europe and most Asia is fine.

Reasonable fees, great customer service, ability to set up a virtual US account and use ACH - really happy with them and I do not say this very often.

I haven't tried them yet but it seems they are a solid choice as far that's possible with an EMI. Might give it a try soon. Of course, one can always get randomly unlucky like Johnny. The only downside I'd say is no option available to have a creditcard, only for HK residents if I'm not mistaken. I wonder what other EMI's are a decent choice. I recently moved to country where banking isn't an option so any input about EMI's is great for me.

Often it's just a matter of luck. For example, I never had any problems with Revolut, and it's now 6 years since I opened it. While so many people find it impossible to use.

All EMIs are about the same, but you need to pretend to be resident in the EU to maximize your chances.
