Any recommendation for effective / competent yet affordable CSP doing the job in Grand Cayman ?

What do you consider affordable? Cayman Islands is a high-cost jurisdiction. When you take everything into consideration, it's normal to pay around 10,000 USD per year just for the company and some basic maintenance and management.

This is the probably the answer to your question.

what @Sols mean must be that it's for the rich people not for the small guy on the ground. millions are required right?

For most people and for the most common use cases, Cayman Islands offers no advantages over BVI, TCI, or Anguilla (if we stick to UK territories in the Caribbean).

If you go to Cayman Islands, it's usually for a specific purpose (different types of fund, IP holdings, financial services, or large-scale tax planning). If you're running an actively trading online business on the go, Cayman Islands can be worth looking into for the sake of completeness but it's unlikely to be a good choice. Unless it's worth the extra thousands for the additional prestige/reputation and (maybe) more banking options.

For residency, Anguilla needs $150k donation plus $750 real estate purchase. TCI residency does not allow you to work. I don't understand the requirements for BVI.

Requirements for Cayman Islands are what? someone can make a point list or something so we all can understand what the requirements are and what capital is required?
